Notes from Oaks Hamlet

It’s been a star studded few days at Kings Hill. Katherine Jenkins, McFly, The Sugababes and Stacey Solomon have all been performing at a series of concerts to raise money for Demelza Hospice Care for Children and The Children’s Development Trust. “Music on the Hill” was enjoyed by many Oaks Hamlet residents, and Oaks Hamlet was proud to be involved in the sponsorship of the event. Let’s hope it becomes an annual fixture in the Kings Hill diary!

Oaks Hamlet is looking glorious right now – the roses are in full bloom, the clematis and honeysuckle are about to burst into flower, and following the recent (much needed!) rain, the grass is succulently green. The landscaping is really coming into its own as it matures.

The latest addition to Oaks Hamlet is The Pavilion Arch – a sculptural arch made by Wessex Forge that stands at the entrance to Oaks Place. This handmade, wrought iron arch sits at the top of the tree lined avenue leading to the woodland. Look out for it when you next visit the show home!
